Pre positionSupine position, anantasana 1 PositionTake supine position, attain anantasana 1 posture, bend right leg in knee and place the toe on left thigh. Keep right knee steady pointing towards roof, hold index finger of the right leg by right. Continue normal breathing. Repeat this for right side with left leg on right thigh. While releasing slowly bring hands to the normal position and take supine position. |
